Leg Warm Up (No Measure)

Row 500 meters

20 air squats

20 steps each with sling shot

Box Back Squat (5×5 – 3×10 )

3 sets of 10 with just the bar

then work to difficult set of 5 reps and repeat for 5 sets

After Finishing your last set of 5×5- Drop weight 50% and Do 3 sets of 10 reps

Leg Development

Circuit for 3x (not for time rest as needed)

Single leg KB DL x10 per leg

Empty Bar Lunge x 10 per Leg

Weighted Box Step Up x10 per leg


Metcon (No Measure)

Double Tabata

Plank / Ab movement
