Our facility has a selected open gym membership program. During this open gym period you have the freedom to train anyway you want wether thats bodybuilding, strength training or even just cardio. The best part is you’ll mostly have the gym to yourself! No crowded commercial gym vibe with multiple people waiting in line for machines and cardio equipment.
